OLIVER MARKETING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior GenAI Transformation / Capability Lead to architect AI-enabled marketing transformation across APAC.

You will audit client tech stacks, map AI opportunities, and steer adoption of transformative technologies delivering ROI across creative, media, and strategy operations. Qualifications

12+ years in client-facing roles within digital marketing, marketing technology, or AI innovation.
3+ years of hands-on experience leading Generative AI transformation initiatives.
Deep technical fluency with modern MarTech platforms and ecosystems.
Proven ability to advise senior marketing and business leaders on technology-driven transformation.
Experience working in APAC markets, with cross-cultural communication skills.
MarTech Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Google Marketing Platform.
Gen-AI Tools: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, Midjourney.
Integration & Automation: Zapier, Make, MuleSoft, or API-based workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior subject matter expert and consultant for OLIVER’s APAC client accounts on Gen-AI and Martech.
Design transformation roadmaps and strategies that combine MarTech,Automation, and Gen-AI applications to deliver ROI.
Lead audits of client marketing technology stacks to identify AI-powered opportunities and gaps.
Own end-to-end delivery of transformation projects—on-time and on-budget.
Support RFP responses, pitches, and client presentations on Gen-AI and MarTech topics.
Design and deliver executive workshops on Gen-AI leverage, AI literacy, and Martech capabilities.
Build scalable frameworks for AI-powered solutions OLIVER can operationalize internally.
Track emerging AI and Martech trends and translate into client opportunities.
Represent the agency at client-facing events as Gen-AI/Martech spokesperson.
Develop governance models for clients ensuring compliance, security, and ROI.
