Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Technology Architecture Intern to explore agentic AI solutions that support enterprise architecture and technology operations. You will collaborate with experienced architects and technology professionals to design, implement, and refine AI-powered workflows within a leading financial institution.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python for application development, scripting, or data projects.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and AI architectures.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: assist design, development, and enhancement of agentic AI solutions for architecture and ops use cases.
• Solution Design Support: help build AI-powered capabilities for knowledge discovery and decision-making.
• Knowledge Management & RAG Implementation: contribute to RAG-based knowledge access and documentation.
• Prototyping & Experimentation: research and prototype GenAI capabilities and tools.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to automate and streamline architecture processes with AI.
• Collaboration & Innovation: work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.
• Ad-hoc Projects: assist on other technology architecture initiatives as needed.
