Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Technology Architecture Intern to explore agentic AI solutions that support enterprise architecture and technology operations. The internship emphasizes hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python for application development, scripting, or data projects.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and AI architectures.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: assist design, development, and enhancement of agentic AI solutions for architecture and ops use cases.
• Solution Design Support: help build AI-powered capabilities for knowledge discovery and decision-making.
• Knowledge Management & RAG Implementation: contribute to RAG-based knowledge access and documentation.
• Prototyping & Experimentation: research and prototype GenAI capabilities and tools.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to automate and streamline architecture processes with AI.
• Collaboration & Innovation: work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.
• Ad-hoc Projects: assist on other technology architecture initiatives as needed.

What You Do

• AI Agent Development: Support the design, development, and enhancement of agentic AI solutions for technology architecture and operational use cases.
• Solution Design Support: Build AI-powered capabilities that assist architects in solution design, knowledge discovery, and decision-making processes.
• Knowledge Management & RAG Implementation: Assist in developing and optimising Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve access to architecture knowledge and documentation.

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently completed an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Python for application development, scripting, or data-related projects.
