Job summary

Base Camp Digital is seeking an experienced software engineer to deliver AI and automation solutions on our GenAI platform in Singapore. You will own delivery end to end—from discovery and rapid prototyping through production rollout, adoption, and handover.

You will prototype, build backends and integrations using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL; design AI agent workflows, ensure security and governance, and drive adoption across business units.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of prod apps.
Strong Python, API design, async processing, and system architecture.
Experience with PostgreSQL, data pipelines, search and vector retrieval.

Responsibilities

Discover and shape: embed with business teams, identify workflows and use cases.
Prototype and iterate: build prototypes, validate with users, move to production.
Build AI agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n or similar.
Develop APIs, integrations, and lightweight UIs with Python and PostgreSQL.
Ensure quality and safety with evaluations, tracing, and responsible AI practices.
Drive adoption: testing, rollout, documentation, enablement, and support.
