Job summary

EtonHouse International Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated candidate to contribute to Generative AI initiatives, building GenAI features with Azure OpenAI and RAG, and testing output quality.

You will work with project data using Python and SQL, build simple ETL pipelines, and create Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and trends. The role involves deployment with Docker/Terraform and API integrations, with a strong emphasis on privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic Programming Language
• Basic SQL
• Interest in AI / GenAI and willingness to learn fast.
• Able to explain your work clearly and document what you did.
• Responsible attitude toward data privacy.
• Willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and test GenAI features using Azure OpenAI / RAG.
• Use RAG (search + AI answers) to improve response accuracy.
• Improve prompts and test output quality.
• Work with project data using Python / SQL and create simple ETL pipelines into SQL Server / Azure Blob / File Storage.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards (KPIs, trends, reporting).
• Help deploy AI features using Docker / related tool and support infrastructure setup using Terraform.
• Integrate AI features into existing systems using APIs and monitor performance with Application Insights.
• Assist with scheduling/rostering solutions using OR-Tools and test results with real-world requirements.
• Follow PDPC and internal data governance rules and maintain documentation (RBAC, DPIA/ROPA).
• Collaborate with teachers/operations teams and track work in Notion, using GitHub.
