Job summary

EtonHouse International Education Group in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to help build GenAI features and dashboards for school operations. You will work with Azure OpenAI, SQL, Python, and BI tools to deliver scalable AI solutions and data insights.

Responsibilities include ETL pipelines, API integrations, and monitoring with Application Insights, alongside collaboration with teachers and IT teams. This role emphasizes data privacy and teamwork in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and test chatbot / GenAI features using Available Platform
• Use RAG to improve response accuracy
• Improve prompts and test output quality
• Build ETL pipelines into SQL Server / Azure Blob / File Storage
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Deploy AI features using Docker and related tools
• Integrate AI features into existing systems via APIs
• Use Application Insights to monitor performance and errors
• Support simple scheduling / rostering solutions with OR-Tools
• Follow PDPC guidelines and data governance rules
• Collaborate with teachers and operations teams; track work in Notion; collaborate using GitHub

Generative AI (Azure OpenAI / RAG)

• Help build and test chatbot / GenAI features using Available Platform
• Use RAG (search + AI answers) to make responses more accurate
• Improve prompts and test output quality

Data + dashboards

• Work with project data using Python / other programming languages and SQL
• Build simple ETL pipelines into SQL Server / Azure Blob / File Storage
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards (KPIs, trends, reporting)

Deployment and integration (with guidance)

• Help deploy AI features using Docker / related tool
• Support infrastructure setup using Terraform / related tool (if needed)
• Help integrate AI features into existing systems using APIs
• Use monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights) to check performance and errors

Optimisation (basic exposure)

• Support simple scheduling / rostering solutions using OR-Tools
• Help test results with real-world requirem

Compliance and privacy (important)

• Follow PDPC and internal data governance rules
• Help with basic compliance tasks like access control (RBAC) and documentation (DPIA/ROPA) with guidance

Teamwork

• Work with teachers/operations teams to gather requirements and test solutions
• Track work in Notion, collaborate using GitHub
