Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an experienced, product-minded Software Engineer to work with business units and our GenAI platform to deliver high-impact AI and automation solutions.

You will partner with users to turn workflows into well-scoped solutions, owning delivery from discovery through production rollout, adoption and handover. Proficiency in Python, API design, and data engineering will be valued, along with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Backend and API design proficiency.
• Experience building GenAI or agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of data handling, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business units to understand workflows and translate needs into use cases and measurable criteria.
• Build prototypes and iterate with users, moving to production deployment.
• Design agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, and related tools.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance in solutions.
• Own deployment readiness, rollout, and knowledge transfer.
