Gen AI Product Manager for Corporate Internal Platform

Job summary

IMDA seeks a Product Manager to shape and lead the internal corporate GenAI platform within the Digital Transformation Office. You will define the product vision, own the roadmap, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and IT to drive AI-enabled improvements, manage budgets, and ensure governance, privacy and security compliance throughout the lifecycle of digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communicator, with experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with experience preparing approval submissions and maintaining audit documentation.
• Proficient in product management, project tracking, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications, large language models, and AI agents; knowledge of AI governance, safety, data privacy, and enterprise security considerations.
• Prior experience with public-sector or government digital transformation projects.
• Certifications in product management or AI (relevant) desired.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, objectives and measurable outcomes for the internal corporate GenAI platform and own its development as an agency-wide product.
• Own a product roadmap aligned with business priorities, covering platform capabilities and AI use cases.
• Identify and prioritise features based on business value, user needs, resources, and feasibility.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement to identify problems and opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Define user journeys, functional requirements and expected business outcomes; work with design and delivery teams on usability.
• Define and track product adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics; develop dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing against defined criteria; gather feedback and prioritise improvements.
• Manage budgets, track expenditure, and provide financial updates; prepare approval submissions and documentation.
