Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Generative AI strategy and platform leader to drive the GenAI agenda across functions. You will shape the roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with executives to scale responsible AI solutions.

The role requires deep experience in GenAI strategy, MLOps, governance, and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms. Singapore-based, with regional impact.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI-powered business use cases across functions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs for GenAI models and solutions.
• Build and manage high-performing GenAI teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and foster innovation and collaboration.
• Drive change management and adoption of AI solutions across the region.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the GenAI platform from ideation to deployment, optimization, and scaling.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with MLOps principles.
• Integrate multi-modal AI models, agentic AI, and advanced AI frameworks where applicable.
• Act as a Generative AI advocate to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Communicate the strategic value of GenAI solutions and align them with enterprise standards for responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance.
• Manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and external organizations.
• Define and oversee AI governance and ethical AI use.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and enterprise data policies.
