Percept Solutions Pte ltd is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI and Data Department. You will drive development, deployment, and governance of AI, ML and GenAI solutions across business units to accelerate digital transformation.

You will design scalable, secure intelligent systems, lead cross-functional collaborations, and mentor teams while evaluating models like GPT, Claude, and Llama. Knowledge of Azure AI tools and ethical AI is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Azure, AI, or Data Science preferred.
• Strong background in Azure AI stack, including MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Llama.
• Proficiency in agentic AI, MLOps/DataOps, and API development (Type, React, Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of VectorDB, NoSQL, and RDBMS design principles.
• Excellent data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new AI opportunities and lead advisory discussions on emerging technologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design workflows, build prototypes, conduct testing, and deploy solutions.
• Lead chatbot and process automation initiatives using Microsoft OpenAI, AI Search, and Power Platform.
• Benchmark and evaluate models such as GPT, Claude, and Llama to ensure optimal business fit.
• Implement and enforce data protection, AI governance, and ethical AI standards.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization of deployed AI solutions.
