Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting is seeking an Infrastructure Lead (Google Cloud Platform) in Singapore. The role focuses on designing, deploying, automating, and securing cloud architectures within GCP for complex, enterprise-scale services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align O&M with contracts, and provide clear KPI-driven reporting to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of hands-on cloud experience, deep GCP expertise, and strong leadership to drive digital

Qualifications

• Must have one or more Professional Level Google Cloud certifications: Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Developer, or similar
• Minimum 5 years hands-on with Google Cloud services (GKE, Cloud Build, Deployment Manager)
• Strong Python and Shell scripting experience
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Leadership, stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
• Degree in IT/tech field; 8+ years managing large-scale enterprise projects ($5m)
• Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders, senior management, and delivery teams
• Set priorities and align operations with contractual obligations
• Provide end-to-end service context and accountability
• Report escalations to clients and ensure KPI-based delivery reporting
• Develop and document new processes to improve service delivery
• Prepare project status reports and minutes for PMC reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand or improve services and liaise with Account Managers
• Foster partnerships and manage developer communities
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
• Promote team integration and proactive, can-do attitude
