Job summary

KINGPOINT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations lead to manage a small team of contractors and coordinate on-site activities in our semiconductor facilities.

You will supervise documentation, scheduling, and reporting while ensuring safety and strict adherence to operation plans. The role requires 3–5 years in electronics/semiconductor environments, a mechanical/electronic engineering background, and proficiency with gas/chemical systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics/semiconductor
• Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related
• Familiar with gas or chemical systems in semiconductor fab facilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, AutoCAD design

Responsibilities

• Lead a small operation team (contractors) to execute plans
• Coordinate documentation, operations, scheduling and reporting with customers and team
• Engage with team in a support role and drive department goals
• Oversee on-site safety and supervise execution of operation plans
• Assist in cost control, BOM and RFQ assignments
• Prepare for on-site surveys and site readiness

• Semiconductor facilities hook-up/unhookrequirements, New build, System expansion coordination
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as and whenneeded.

Requirements:

• Working experience at least 3-5 years
• Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electronicengineering or equivalent related working experience inElectronics/Semiconductor industry
• Mechanical/Gas/Chemical educated
• Relevant working experience or familiar withgas or chemical system in semiconductor fab facilities
• Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Office, Auto-cadDesign
• Responsible and excellent team work player with goodinterpretation and communication skill
