Job summary

PIN GUANG HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Sales Associate on a 1-year contract (renewable) to support the ID team and drive in-store sales of gas kitchen appliances, water heater, and clothes dryer.

You will handle customer inquiries, explain product features, coordinate installation, achieve sales targets, and participate in outdoor roadshows as needed. The role requires a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays, with a competitive commission structure and benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year working experience (retail preferred).
• Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ID team on specifying gas kitchen appliances and cross-sell gas water heater and clothes dryer.
• Coordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers.
• Service walk-in customer enquiries at display kiosk and phone enquiries.
• Explain product information and communicate usage of all products professionally.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required.

• Co-ordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers

• Service walk-in customer enquiries at display kiosk and phone enquiries

• Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way

• Achieve individual sales targets

• Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment)

• Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work on 6-days work week which includes weekends and public holidays.

What the staff will receive:

• Monthly basic salary $2,500, fixed monthly allowances $150 + $150, completion bonus up to 1 month’s basic salary

• Competitive commission structure (performance-based earnings) (The commission shall be payable from City Energy to the staff directly, not thru Recruit Express)

• Annual leave 14 days, medical coverage as per Employment Act
