Shinetec Horti Pte Ltd is seeking motivated gardeners to join our team in Singapore. The role involves routine landscape and garden maintenance, plant care, and seasonal planting. Training is provided, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Responsible, reliable, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape and garden maintenance.
• Water, prune, trim, weed, and fertilise plants, shrubs, trees, and turf.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other landscape features.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, diseases, or other issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned work areas.
• Assist with landscaping projects and seasonal planting activities.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and company standards.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
