Job summary

Green Spade Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced gardeners to manage and maintain industrial landscapes in Singapore. Responsibilities include pruning, weeding, watering, fertilising and general upkeep to ensure a clean and attractive environment for residents.

Successful candidates will perform daily landscape maintenance across industrial premises, work either independently or as part of a team, and adapt to various weather conditions. Training will be provided for applicants without experience.

Qualifications

• Able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily landscape maintenance works within industrial premises
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain a neat appearance.
• Weed planting beds and hardscape areas.
• Water plants and carry out fertilizing works when required.
• Collect and dispose of garden waste and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of landscape areas and ensure works are completed to the required standard.
• Report any plant health issues or landscape defects to supervisors
• Follow workplace safety requirements and supervisor instructions
