Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an IT Test Associate (Gaming Product) to join a fast-paced hardware QA team.

You will lead testing for gaming hardware devices and peripherals, write and review test plans, and coordinate with engineering and firmware teams to resolve issues. The role requires proven QA testing experience, leadership ability, and familiarity with defect trackers such as Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Proven experience in system testing, QA testing, or hardware/software validation.
• Experience leading or coordinating QA testing teams.
• Familiar with system benchmarking and performance testing tools.
• Experience testing hardware devices or gaming peripherals (controllers, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc.).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on system testing for gaming hardware devices and peripherals.
• Write and review test plans and test cases based on product specs.
• Run functional, regression, compatibility, and integration tests on PC platforms.
• Use benchmarking tools (e.g. PassMark, PCMark, 3DMark) for performance and stress testing.
• Log and track defects using Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla.
• Work with engineering and firmware teams to resolve issues.
• Provide test reports and release readiness updates.
• Must have team leadership experience or be open to taking on a lead role.
