Job summary

Creativex Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Unreal Engine Game Developer with strong leadership and a sharp eye for visual fidelity.

You will lead projects creating digital twin applications, designing scalable, maintainable architectures, and delivering high-quality real-time 3D experiences for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will mentor juniors, set coding best practices, and ensure on-time delivery across diverse projects, while advancing our real-time simulation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Unreal Engine experience in real-time 3D/game environments.
• Strong ability to architect scalable and modular software within Unreal Engine projects.
• Deep understanding of digital twin, simulation, or interactive 3D app development lifecycle.
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating code quality and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of advanced digital twin apps using Unreal Engine (UE5+).
• Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to manage project complexity.
• Collaborate with technical artists, designers, and PMs to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code/assets for performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Unreal Engine Game Developer with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to visual fidelity. You may lead development projects focused on digital twin applications, with an emphasis on designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reusable system architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually stunning, client-ready real-time 3D applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5 or above).
• Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to support growing project complexity and future expansion.
• Collaborate closely with technical artists, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Guide best practices in coding, workflows, and version control across the team.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code and assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirement

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++) in real-time 3D or game environments.
• Strong expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects.
• Deep understanding of digital twin, simulation, or interactive 3D application development lifecycle.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual fidelity.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio or examples of Unreal Engine projects demonstrating code quality, system design, and scalable architecture.

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of environmental simulations, geospatial technologies, and AI applications related to these verticals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science)
• Minimum 2 year(s) of experience
