Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-level Unreal Engine developer in Singapore to design, implement, and maintain software for defence-related simulations.

You will work with a cross-functional team including systems engineers, PMs, and QA to ensure projects meet requirements and are delivered on time. • Proficiency in Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint Scripting.
• At least 1 year of experience in game development or real-time simulation.
• Knowledge of Unity, C#, and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Strong commitment to quality, security, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software and systems to meet requirements and operational needs.
• Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Defence Systems.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and Defence industry standards.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
