Job summary

HoYoverse Singapore is seeking a results-oriented Operations professional to support global beta testing, community management, and user support workflows. You will screen tester applications, distribute test builds, track NDA compliance, and handle tester rewards in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires coordinating multilingual content, tracking translations, publishing updates on schedule, and aggregating player feedback for product decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital operations, customer service, community management, or project coordination.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of gaming industry and player operation concepts (patch cadences, feedback loop).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily execution and tracking of global Beta test phases, including screening tester applications and distributing test builds.
• Support day-to-day operations of global communities and handle player inquiries and support tickets following guidelines.
• Assist in tracking translation, proofreading, and implementation of multilingual operational content and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Assist in collecting and organizing player feedback and customer support data for reliable insights.

Job description

• Testing Management & Execution: Assist in the daily execution and tracking of global Beta test phases. Responsibilities include screening tester applications, distributing test builds, tracking NDA compliance, and fulfilling tester rewards.
• Community & User Management: Support the day-to-day operations of global communities (e.g. Discord). Assist in handling global player inquiries and customer support tickets, following established guidelines for response and escalation workflows.
• Localization Coordination: Assist in tracking and coordinating the translation, proofreading, and implementation of multilingual operational content (e.g., emails, announcements, user agreements). Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure global content is accurate and published on schedule.
• Data Analysis & Feedback Loop: Assist in collecting and organizing player feedback and customer support data. Perform basic data analysis and aggregation as requested to provide reliable insights for team decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital operations, customer service, community management, or project coordination. (Experience in the gaming industry is preferred).
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (to collaborate with Chinese-speaking development teams and stakeholders).
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the gaming industry and core player operation concepts, such as patch/update cadences, community management, and user feedback loop.
• Cultural Affinity: Passionate about gaming; familiarity with ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) culture is a plus.
