Job summary

Ns Gallery (NSG) seeks an experienced Operations Lead to plan, set up and run its physical spaces across the NS Square atrium and gallery openings in Dec 2027 and Dec 2028. You will build the operations function from the ground up, ensuring safety, functionality and high uptime.

This leadership role covers strategy, vendor management, workforce planning, event support, and readiness for full gallery launch.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property/F facilities management or related field.
• 8–15 years in estate management with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in vendor, contract, and security management.
• Knowledge of M&E services and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations planning and setup for NS Square atrium and NSG.
• Direct vendor procurement, SLAs, and performance tracking.
• Build and lead the ground operations team.
• Oversee atrium operations, events, and crowd management.
• Develop readiness plans for full gallery opening.
• Manage facilities, asset maintenance and safety compliance.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
