The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a showroom assistant to maintain an attractive showroom and welcome customers. You will manage product displays, labels and samples, ensuring a clean and organized space for visitors and staff collaboration.

Responsibilities include assisting with showroom updates, coordinating with Sales and Operations, and supporting events, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Prior experience in retail or showroom environments is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, showroom operations, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in sanitaryware, interior design, building materials or related industries is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Showroom maintenance, presentation, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Prepare product samples, catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials; monitor supplies and replenishment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Salary: $2,200 - $2,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park

Job Responsibilities

1. Showroom Maintenance & Presentation

   Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and presentable at all times.

   Maintain product displays, labels and samples to meet showroom presentation standards.

   Arrange and reset display areas after customer interactions.

   Assist with showroom display updates, product placement and visual merchandising.

2. Customer Reception & Support

   Welcome walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.

   Direct customers to the appropriate Gallery Consultant or relevant personnel.

   Provide basic customer assistance and showroom support when required.

3. Operational & Administrative Support

   Prepare and arrange product samples, catalogues, brochures and promotional materials.

   Monitor showroom supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

   Identify and report maintenance, display or facility issues to the relevant departments.

   Assist with showroom events, promotions, product launches and customer engagement activities.

4. Internal Coordination

   Coordinate with the Sales, Operations and relevant departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

   Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
