Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Showroom Assistant to maintain showroom presentation and assist customers in a Woodlands Industrial Park location in Singapore.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,600 per month + AWS + variable bonus. Working days are Monday to Saturday with specific hours, and the role involves frontline customer service and showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: NITEC or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail/showroom operations or customer service.
• Experience in sanitaryware / interior design / building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Maintenance & Presentation: keep showroom clean, organized and presentable; maintain displays, labels and samples; refresh display areas after customer interactions.
• Customer Reception & Support: welcome walk-in customers, direct to staff, provide basic assistance.
• Operational & Administrative Support: manage product samples, brochures, replenish supplies, report issues, assist events.
• Internal Coordination: liaise with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Salary: $2,200 - $2,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

1. Showroom Maintenance & Presentation

   Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and presentable at all times.

   Maintain product displays, labels and samples to meet showroom presentation standards.

   Arrange and reset display areas after customer interactions.

   Assist with showroom display updates, product placement and visual merchandising.

2. Customer Reception & Support

   Welcome walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.

   Direct customers to the appropriate Gallery Consultant or relevant personnel.

   Provide basic customer assistance and showroom support when required.

3. Operational & Administrative Support

   Prepare and arrange product samples, catalogues, brochures and promotional materials.

   Monitor showroom supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

   Identify and report maintenance, display or facility issues to the relevant departments.

   Assist with showroom events, promotions, product launches and customer engagement activities.

4. Internal Coordination

   Coordinate with the Sales, Operations and relevant departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

   Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, showroom operations, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in sanitaryware, interior design, building materials or related industries will be an advantage.
