Job summary

FPT Software in Singapore seeks a Project Manager (Consultant) to support development, launch, adoption, and ongoing operations of central government products, working with Product Managers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

You will coordinate project timelines, procurement, billing, and day-to-day operations, using Excel and AI tools to track progress and deliverables in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in project management, coordination, product operations, service delivery, or IT operations.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external parties.
  • Experience working with suppliers or vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes involving IT products, services, licences, or manpower resources.
  • Experience handling customer queries and coordinating the resolution of billing or operational issues.
  • Strong organisational, documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Familiar with AI tools and able to use them to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working on Singapore Government or public-sector technology projects would be advantageous.

  • Track procurement requests, approvals, supplier deliverables, and related documentation.
  • Respond to customer and agency queries relating to product utilisation and billing.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of procurement, billing, project activities, deliverables, issues, and action items.
  • Prepare project status updates, trackers, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders and management.
  • Assist the Product Manager in conducting product briefings, clinics, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Support the Product Manager in ensuring smooth product delivery, adoption, and ongoing operations.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and AI tools to support tracking, analysis, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day project activities.

Role Overview
