Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced professional to own FXO product knowledge and lifecycle across regional hubs. You will partner with Trading, Sales, IT and Operations to enable new business, manage risk and drive efficiency in cross‑regional initiatives.

Role involves maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external industry bodies, while ensuring strict governance and regulatory compliance in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with FXO products, including characteristics, risk, market data and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Trading and Sales activities.
• Perform relationship management functions with counterparties, IT, Credit, Operations and Front Office.
• Lead follow-the-sun support with regional/global teams.
• Collaborate with COO, business and technology teams on new product offerings.
• Support regional/global initiatives and ensure adherence to key processes and controls.
• Ensure timely escalation and minimise risk through efficient booking and processing.
