Job Summary
Help the India Offshore & SGD Macro (FX & Rates) trading teams to build upon the franchise and leverage our sales & trading presence across key centres to deliver TPI for the business. Manage the delivery of ASA FX products to European & the Americas via our traders in those regions.
Strategy
- Manage and grow the INR Offshore franchise across FX and Rates products.
- Partner with Sales, Structuring, Research, and Strategy teams to originate new products, strategies, and
- trade ideas.
- Manage the execution of trading strategies and efficiently service client order flows.
- Support process improvements, including automation initiatives.
- Drive RWA optimization to enhance FM product RORWA.
Business
- Achieve assigned revenue targets as outlined in the annual P3 document.
- Maintain SCB's market visibility by providing competitive pricing globally across FX swaps and FX cash products.
- Strengthen client relationships through market colour sharing and trade ideas.
- Collaborate with Sales/RM teams to develop new client relationships and deepen existing ones.
- Contribute actively to the ASA Macro team's client engagement and f feedback loop.

Our Ideal Candidate
Key Experiences
- University degree level qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience in the finance industry
- Experience in FX Cash & Derivatives
- Strong technical skills using tools to analyse data, develop and drive own models
- Good knowledge of specific areas of business/product and market idiosyncrasies.
