FX Trader

Job summary

Bank of China Singapore seeks an experienced FX trader to independently handle daily FX trading, with emphasis on derivatives sales and risk control.

You will support P&L management, new product testing, and ad hoc projects while contributing to daily reporting. The role requires teamwork in a bilingual English/Chinese environment to serve head office and Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in FX trading
• Basic understanding of FX markets and products
• Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Excellent team player and work well with others
• Experience in commodities trading is a plus
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Murex and other trading systems
• Familiar with IRS, CCS
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese speaking customers
