Qualifications

• Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong foundational understanding of FX settlements with banks on maturity dates, cash flow settlements, and hedging.
• Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve day-to-day operational problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Trade Confirmation & Settlement: Manage day-to-day operations for the execution, confirmation, and settlement of FX, Derivatives, Options, OIS, and Interest Rate Swaps.
• Banking & Cash Flow Coordination: Liaise with banking partners to monitor real-time cash flows for large-scale settlements.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and submit trade documentation to banks to facilitate clearing and compliance.
• Trade Finance Support: Coordinate SBLC issuance and oversee transaction settlements with traders and treasury.
• MIS & Reconciliation: Maintain MIS tracking and coordinate with offshore teams to resolve variances.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with wider initiatives as requested.
