Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to act as the first contact for external clients, supporting queries and maintaining strong relationships across divisions. You will handle client communications, trade lifecycle tasks, and cross‑border coordination with global teams to ensure high service standards.

The role requires four years in middle office operations or client servicing within financial services, plus a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Middle Office Operations role in financial services.
• Minimum 4 years in client servicing and trade lifecycle management.
• Proven FX or Fixed Income experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proven organizational/project management abilities; can prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships via phone and group inboxes; conduct system walkthroughs for clients.
• Ensure reconciliations and trade exceptions are addressed promptly and that service levels are met globally.
• Support trade events: exotic options, unwinds, novations, NPV; assist NY/London clients in Asia hours; coordinate with internal/ external teams.
• Follow up on client fees to ensure timely payments.
