Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead INR Offshore FX and Rates activities, collaborating with Sales, Structuring, Research and Strategy to originate and trade ideas. You will manage execution of trading strategies, service client orders, and push automation and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires deep market knowledge, risk and control discipline, and experience across FX cash and derivatives, with a track record of

Qualifications

• University degree level qualifications.
• 10+ years of experience in the finance industry.
• Experience in FX Cash & Derivatives.
• Strong technical skills to analyze data and develop models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the INR Offshore franchise across FX and Rates products.
• Partner with Sales, Structuring, Research and Strategy teams to originate new products and trade ideas.
• Execute trading strategies and service client order flows.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Drive RWA optimization to enhance product economics.
