Job summary

FairPrice Group is seeking a strategic leader for Mobility Planning & Operations to define the future transport network. You will drive the transition to EVs, deploy autonomous vehicles, and integrate AV/EV data with our WMS and TMS systems while coordinating with regulators and partners.

The role demands at least 5 years in transport/logistics with green mobility and strong project leadership. You will redesign processes for a mixed fleet and lead workforce training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transport/Logistics with a focus on green mobility, AVs, or fleet transformation.
• Strong understanding of AV technology stack and its operational requirements.
• Deep knowledge of EV tech, battery types, range management and charging infrastructure.
• Proven skills in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Strong leadership to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience dealing with government agencies for grants or regulatory approvals.
• Strong project management skills for complex hardware/software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV fleet transition and sustainability roadmap across the commercial fleet.
• Design charging infra strategy including depot charging and public network partnerships.
• Analyze route data to match EV models to lanes while maintaining service levels.
• Oversee end-to-end AV deployment and integrate with WMS/TMS systems.
• Redesign processes for a mixed EV/AV/ICE fleet and train the workforce.
• Engage regulators and secure green mobility funding or grants.
• Ensure data integration of EV battery and AV telematics into the TMS for real-time visibility.
