Job summary

ADAPTABLE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to manage production and quality-control activities, ensuring timely order completion and product compliance.

You will support sales and customer service by providing technical product knowledge, resolving issues, planning production schedules, tracking output, and coordinating with factories, suppliers, and warehouse teams.

Maintain accurate records and assist with customer orders to ensure fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and manufacturing activities to meet operational targets
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion
• Track production output, productivity, and operational efficiency to optimize processes
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify production defects and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and production teams to maintain quality standards
• Verify products meet company quality and technical specifications before release
• Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and warehouse teams to align production requirements and inventory needs
• Monitor inventory levels and material requirements to support uninterrupted production
• Maintain accurate production and quality-control records and reports for operational transparency
• Assist customers and sales teams by providing product specifications, technical information, and recommendations to support sales activities
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with production teams to ensure fulfillment of requirements
• Develop product knowledge to effectively support sales and customer inquiries
• Liaise between customers, suppliers, and production teams to resolve product-related issues promptly
• Perform additional operational duties related to manufacturing and product quality as needed
