Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with strong AML/Banking domain experience for a long-term contract in Singapore. You will lead requirements gathering, document BRDs, and collaborate across stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient CLM/AML processes.

The role demands 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years in banking, and hands-on involvement in SIT/UAT support. You'll bridge business needs with IT, driving change while adhering to bank standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in an Information Technology.
• 5 or more years of banking experience
• AML or Client Lifecycle Management experience is must

Responsibilities

• Business analyst experience in Client Lifecycle Management/AML Domain
• Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Requirements analysis and elicitation
• Collaborate with business unit specialists to elicit and review business requirements
• Analyse and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the requirements.
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan
• Document the detailed requirements in line with bank standards
• Understand existing technology landscape at bank with a view to delivering seamless integration
• Ability to think out-of-the-box, engage with stakeholders to streamline system and operational processing
• Work with various operational teams to establish new procedures as needful
• Work with the system analyst and architects to ensure full understanding of BRD
• Review and confirmed list of capabilities against BRD
• Provide scopes/assumptions for IT management approval deck preparation
• Manage the change process within the analysis phase
• Review and signoff functional specs prepared by various system analyst
• Review test cases with System Integration Test (“SIT”) testers
• Provide support for SIT/User Acceptance Test (“UAT”).
