Zusammenfassung

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced professional for a key role within Fund Administration in Singapore. You will handle daily operational deliverables, review trades and reconciliations, and ensure accurate pricing and risk reporting for clients and offices.

You will lead with supervisory experience, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with teams to meet client SLAs while maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or masters in accounting, finance, business or economics or a professional accounting designation (CFA , CGA , CMA , CA, CPA)
• Min 4 – 5 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to PandL Reporting or Operations processing an asset
• Financial instruments product knowledge; Global Markets, OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge preferred
• Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2 years
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Good client/ business relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)

Aufgaben

• Review daily trades, position and cash reconciliation
• Monitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing
• Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients
• Updating Security Master File information
• Review of OTC master agreements and confirmations
• Assist in verification of Corporate Actions
• Work with clients/ other Citco Offices to resolve issues
• Verify Security Master setup for PandL and risk reporting
• Assist in testing in-house system enhancements
• Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff
• Assist in work-flow processes and improve workflows
• Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues

About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Responsible for completion and review of daily operational deliverables in line with client/ other Citco Offices service level agreements.
• Review daily trades, position and cash reconciliation
• Monitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing
• Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients
• Updating Security Master File information
• Review of OTC master agreements and confirmations
• Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations
• Processing and verification of Corporate Actions
• Work closely with team members on any open issues per client
• Work with clients/ other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.
• Verify Security Master set up to ensure proper PandL capture and risk management reporting
• Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements
• Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff.
• Assist Operations Manager in work-flow processes and implement work flow process improvements.
• Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues.

Please note that the working hours are: Monday- Friday; 7am- 3.30pm/9am- 5.30pm/ 10.30am- 7pm/ 11.30am- 8pm/ 1.30pm- 10pm.However, there might be changes in shift timing during your employment, due to business needs. If you are working on 1.30pm-10pm shift, there will be monthly shift allowance, and one-way taxi vouchers via car-pooling.

Employee is also required to work on Singapore’s public holidays. We do not add PH days to your leave entitlement. For leave application of Public Holidays, you will choose TOIL as the leave type and submit for approval in the system.
