HSBC Singapore is seeking a Fund Accountant to provide fund accounting, valuation and administration services to fund managers locally and internationally.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in accounting, experience with banks or fund administrators, and ACCA/CPA consideration. A high level of accuracy, client focus, and a proactive approach are essential to manage multiple client relationships and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/Diploma in an Accounting discipline.
• Relevant years of experience with an investment bank, accounting firm or fund administrator.
• ACCA, CPA Singapore or equivalent qualification will be considered.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Service-oriented, client-focused with a proactive approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide fund accounting and valuation, and administration services to Fund Managers locally and internationally.
• Working closely with outsourcing teams for clients’ deliverables and reporting.
• Overseeing cash and securities reconciliation and ensuring procedures comply with policies.
• Preparing reports for management and regulatory reporting.
• Handling daily BAU processes.
• Process accounting entries and calculate management and performance fees.
• Ensure funds operate according to fund operating memorandum.
• Ensure instructions comply with authentication procedures and complete corporate actions, trade processing, redemptions.
