Job summary

KryptonFS in Singapore seeks a Fund Operations Analyst to support NAV calculations, fee amortization, accruals and investor reporting. You will assist with client onboarding, wire payments, and audits, ensuring SLA-compliant deliverables while resolving client queries and maintaining high satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and 1 year in financial services, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services, especially fund accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Able to communicate professionally both written and verbal.
• Organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure in a team environment.
• Experience in PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team’s primary contact to client on daily operational tasks and requests.
• Prepare NAV calculations including fee amortization and accruals, financing accruals, and fee computation.
• Prepare wire payments.
• Ensure deliverables meet high SLA compliance within accuracy standards.
• Assist manager or seniors on new client onboarding.
• Prepare investor capital activities, annual financial audits, and statutory reporting.
• Address material issues affecting NAV production or client relationships to the manager in a timely manner.
• Resolve client queries promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with Krypton internal functions, clients and other professionals.
• Adhere to best practices policies and client-specific agreements.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist the team’s primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other requests.
• Preparation of Net Asset Value calculations as per service level agreement, including but not limited to fee amortization and accruals, financing accruals, management and performance fees computation
• Preparation of wire payments
• Ensure consistent deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
• Assisting your manager and/or seniors on new client onboarding
• Prepare investor capital activities, annual financial audits and other statutory reporting
• Address and/or escape all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner
• Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Building and maintaining relationships and working closely with Krypton internal functions, clients and other professional parties.
• Ensure adherence to applicable best practices policies and client specific agreements
• Address and/or escape all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner
• Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Qualifications Required

• A bachelor’s degree in Account or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 1 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly fund accounting experience in the fund administration industry. Fresh graduates are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to identify and resolve issues independently.
