Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, build, and support scalable, cloud-native applications. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kafka to deliver robust microservices and secure APIs in a modern DevOps environment.

Collaborating with product owners, architects, QA and fellow engineers, you will implement RESTful services, deploy on Azure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in cloud and Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 + years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot , Microservices Architecture , and Apache Kafka .
• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases .
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience working with highly scalable, event-driven architectures .
• Exposure to application monitoring, observability, and performance tuning tools.
