Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ year of backend development experience.
• Strong Python proficiency (or willingness to switch from other backend languages).
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related databases.
• Knowledge of networking, concurrency, and system design.
• Experience with Linux environment and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Golang
• Build scalable, high-availability distributed systems
• Design APIs and microservices to support product features
• Optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization
• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability
