Job summary

Vinova Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure React Native mobile apps, React web apps, and robust backend services.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with product teams to build cloud-native AWS solutions, emphasizing security, performance, and maintainability. Qualifications

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure React Native mobile apps, React web apps, and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of features across React Native mobile apps, React web apps, and backend services.
• Define scalable system architecture with focus on maintainability, security, and performance.
• Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster learning and technical excellence.
• Drive improvements in DevOps, observability, platform reliability, and engineering productivity.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and identify opportunities to improve platform architecture and practices.
• Champion secure-by-design principles and modern software engineering practices across the team.
• Apply expertise in React Native, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development to build robust UIs.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Design and build cloud-native applications leveraging AWS for scalability and reliability.
• Utilize knowledge of scalable system design, microservices, and API design.
• Employ familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies to streamline deployment processes.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript and Agile software development methodologies.
