You will provide hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, and mentoring. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, high-performance applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and micro frontends, while collaborating with product, UX, and operations teams.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Lead / UI Lead roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications; Banking/Financial Services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive UI architecture, frontend standards and reusable components.
• Design and develop responsive web apps using React, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• Architect and build scalable backend systems with Java and microservices.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including Micro Frontends and API transformation.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Design and optimize data models for relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and promote excellence.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release management.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI Development Lead / UI Architect with strong Java Full Stack expertise to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentoring, and delivery of scalable, secure, andhigh-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive UI architecture, frontend standards, reusable components, and development best practices.
• Design and develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript,HTML5/CSS3, and Lit/Web Components.
• Architect and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST APIs,and Microservices.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, including Micro Frontends and API transformation. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and queries across relational andNoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, solution design, and release management

Required Experience

• Must have 10+years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Lead, UI Lead, UI Architect, or Full Stack Lead roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain preferred.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
