USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. seeks a versatile fullstack engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and backend services. You will build responsive user interfaces, develop RESTful APIs, and ensure security and performance in a cloud-native environment.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders in an Agile setting, implementing best practices for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in fullstack development for enterprise-grade web apps.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and HTML5/CSS3/JS/TypeScript.
• Backend proficiency with Node.js or Python/Java Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and backend services supporting the platform:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces for the platform.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business functions and data processing requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system features.
• Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable software components.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Apply frontend engineering best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure coding practices and comply with client security requirements.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and business users to improve application usability and user experience.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver solutions and support knowledge sharing across the project team.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Experience in fullstack application development and building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as:ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using:Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot.
• Experience implementing frontend best practices including:Responsive design.Accessibility.Performance optimisation.Component-based architectures.State management.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, API integration, and microservices architecture.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, with familiarity in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with GitLab source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
