USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking engineers to support full-stack development, refine prototypes, and build robust CI/CD and deployment pipelines. You will implement testing strategies, logging and monitoring, and work with product teams to deliver reliable software in fast-paced pilots.

The role requires strong skills in React/TypeScript and Python frameworks, plus experience with Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Educational degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Experience with Git, automated testing and code reviews.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tooling (Docker, CI/CD platforms, cloud/container environments).
• Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end tech (React/TypeScript, Python frameworks).
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring and observability of applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with AI-enabled apps, LLM workflows or agentic systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support full-stack app development (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations).

• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Establish logging, monitoring, observability and alerting for pilots and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-stack application development, including front-end, back-end, APIs and integrations where required.
• Refactor and productionise prototypes developed rapidly by delivery teams , improving code quality, structure, maintainability and reliability.
• Set up and maintain development, testing and deployment environments.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployment automation.
• Set up logging, monitoring, observability and alerting to support applications during pilots and deployment.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression and end-to-end tests.
• Reproduce, investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues identified during user testing and live pilots.
• Work closely with product managers, other engineers and relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve implementation issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A. Educational Qualification & Experience
• Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
