JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support 4-5 product squads working with government agencies to redesign workflows and build AI-enabled solutions. You will contribute across frontend, backend, APIs and integrations, taking prototypes toward production and pilots.

The role involves building robust CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, logging and observability, and collaborating with product teams to resolve implementation issues in fast-moving projects.

Formación

• Degree in Information Systems, CS or CE.
• Experience building and deploying full-stack web apps.
• Experience with Git, automated testing and code reviews.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tooling (Docker, CI/CD, cloud).

Responsabilidades

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to support across 4-5 product squads working with government agencies to redesign workflows and build AI-enabled solutions.

The squads work quickly with business users to understand problems, prototype solutions and test them with users. Your role is to help take promising prototypes through the next stage - improving their engineering quality, testing them thoroughly, deploying them reliably and supporting them through pilots and implementation.

You will work across multiple engagements and should be comfortable moving between application development, DevOps, testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-stack application development, including front-end, back-end, APIs and integrations where required.
• Refactor and productionise prototypes developed rapidly by forward-deployed teams, improving code quality, structure, maintainability and reliability.
• Set up and maintain development, testing and deployment environments.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployment automation.
• Set up logging, monitoring, observability and alerting to support applications during pilots and deployment.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression and end-to-end tests.
• Reproduce, investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues identified during user testing and live pilots.
• Work closely with PMs or other engineers, and agency users to quickly resolve implementation issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

A. Educational Qualification & Experience

Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.

Experience:

• Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Experience with software engineering practices including Git, automated testing and code review.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tooling, such as Docker, CI/CD platforms and cloud or container-based environments.

B. Technical & Professional Competencies

Essential (Must-Have)

• Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies, such as React / TypeScript and Python-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring and application observability.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Advantageous)

• Experience building or deploying AI-enabled applications, LLM-based workflows or agentic systems would be advantageous.

C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes

Able to work independently across several projects and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work directly with product teams and users to get solutions into actual use.
