Job summary

GECK HUAT TRADING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Retail Sales Assistant (Shift Work) in Singapore.

The role requires shift work with 9-hour shifts and at least one weekend day. You will provide friendly customer service, recommend products, operate cashier, and prepare orders. You will replenish stock, maintain displays, assist with stock receiving, and learn product knowledge across herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal goods.

• Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders.
• Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Retail Sales Assistant (SHIFT WORK)

Job Hours:

• Shiftwork with 2 shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour of lunch break)
• 5 days work week, at least 1 work day must be on weekend.

Job Scope includes:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Operate cashier and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately.
• Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders.
• Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays.

• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge on herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal products.
• Help to unload goods if needed, at warehouse when new shipment arrives.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
