Job summary

Care Corner invites applications for a care staff role at our Toa Payoh centre in Singapore. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, monitor health and well-being, and deliver compassionate care to seniors.

Responsibilities include leading activities, assisting with meals and personal care, and maintaining safety and infection-control standards. Mandarin or dialect proficiency is essential, and training for medication administration will be provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Healthcare Management or Gerontology is preferred.
• WSQ Diploma in Social Service or SGUS may be required.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare or related training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor seniors' physical and mental health and well-being.
• Administer medications following SOP after training.
• Plan and lead exercises and activities for seniors.
• Provide personal care while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and daily routines as needed.
