Job summary

FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. is hiring across island-wide outlets in Singapore. You will provide friendly customer service, operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist with bread and cake display and display counters.

This role requires physical stamina, willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Prior retail or bakery experience is an advantage, training provided; attractive benefits include annual leave, medical claims, AWS/VB, salary reviews and overtime pay.

Qualifications

Customer-oriented with friendly attitude and good communication.
Experience in retail/bakery/F&B is an advantage; training provided.
Able to operate POS and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and exceptional customer service.
Operate the POS system to process transactions.
Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts.
Assist with packaging and display of bread and cake products.
Maintain neat shelves, displays and counters; ensure hygiene standards.
Assist with shop housekeeping and daily outlet operations.

Working Hours & Salary:

8.30am-6.30pm/ 9am-7pm/ 11am-10pm/ 12pm-10.30pm
Rotating shifts; No fix morning shifts
5-6 working days
Gross salary up to $3,200/month

Job Responsibilities

Provide friendly and exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are attended to promptly.
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
Handle cash and other payment transactions, including giving change, processing card payments and issuing receipts.
Assist with the packaging and handling of bread and cake products.
Arrange, display and replenish bread and cake products on display counters.
Maintain clean, neat and attractive shelves, displays and counters.
Adhere to food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Wash and clean trays, utensils and other shop equipment at all times.
Slice bread using gloves.
Assist with general shop housekeeping and daily outlet operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements

Prior retail, bakery or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
