Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Crew member to take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and uphold store standards.

You will handle customer queries, maintain cleanliness, replenish items, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and no prior experience is required, making it ideal for those who enjoy friendly service.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
• Able to work 5 to 6 days a week (including Overtime)
• Clean and hygienic in food handling
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment
• No experience is required as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
• Attend to customers' queries and feedbacks to provide a positive customer experience
• Perpetuate company philosophy and culture
• Adhere to SOPs on all drinks and gourmet items to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
• Fulfill any other relevant job duties assigned by Manager on Duty
