Job summary

DreamUs Group in Singapore is hiring a friendly guest services host for Tayo Station. You will create a fun, safe environment for children and families, interact with guests through play activities, storytelling, and themed programmes, and help run mascot appearances and meet-and-greet sessions.

You will enforce safety rules, keep the venue clean, assist in events and birthday parties, promote tickets and memberships, and provide warm, professional service to ensure memorable experiences day

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Retail or merchandising experience will be an advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Able to commit 5 days workweek including weekend & holiday

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children and families within Tayo Station.
• Interact with young children through play activities, games, storytelling sessions, and themed programmes.
• Perform as Tayo Station mascots and characters during meet-and-greet sessions, stage performances, and special events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests by enforcing playground rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the indoor playground, attractions, and guest areas.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all play equipment and facilities are safe and operational.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging guests, addressing enquiries, and creating memorable experiences.
• Promote ticket sales, membership programmes, events, and other park offerings to guests.
• Attend to guest feedback, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and hosting of birthday parties, school visits, and special events.Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth park operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
