Job summary

Timezone Singapore is seeking a Venue Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in our Singapore venues.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager on KPIs, analyze sales data, and coach a large team of full-timers and part-timers to uphold brand standards. Weekend shifts required; incentives offered for performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large retail environment, in a supervisory role.
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Proven leadership skills
• Integrity and a great sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a large team of full-timers and part-timers.
• Take initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
• Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate the systems and company softwares.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure guests receive great service.
• Work with Operations Manager on venue objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse the sales, KPIs and propose action plan on a regular basis.
• Coach employees in all aspects of systems and operations including guest service standards and venue presentation.
• Communicate and ensure that the team is aware of all the brand promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Be accountable for cost management and reconcile all cashier takings and monies.
• Manage and resolve any guest’s complaints/ feedback.
• Maintain a high level of motivation and ensure the team is dedicated to offer the best guest service.
• Provide constructive feedback and constantly provide coaching to the team for improvement.
• Monitor the stock inventory process to minimize shrinkage and accuracy in stock management.
• Plan and prepare weekly duty roster according to daily traffic.
• Maintain employee turnover and absenteeism.
• Conduct annual individual performance review of your team.
• Log any incidents required by the business.

Other Information:

• Working Days: Mon - Sun (2 off days in a week)
• Available to work on weekends and holidays
• You will be given 1 Fri, 1 Sat, and 1 Sun off per month, the other off days will be mostly on off-peak weekdays
