Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build scalable, event-driven web apps with modern UIs and robust backends. You will design APIs, optimize databases, and work in an Agile environment. Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and Node.js experience are required.

Candidates should have 3+ years in full-stack development, proficiency with PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence. AWS, Docker and Kubernetes experience are a plus for cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong TypeScript & modern JavaScript skills across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on with Node.js frameworks like NestJS or Express.
• Experience with React or Svelte/SvelteKit for modern UIs.
• PostgreSQL design, queries, performance tuning.
• Comfort in Agile Scrum teams; Jira/Confluence familiarity.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, TS, PostgreSQL and modern frontends.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and optimize database performance.
• Create responsive, reusable user interfaces and translate business needs into UX.
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows for real-time data.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and quality delivery.
