Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build scalable, event-driven web apps with robust backend solutions. You will craft modern UI components using Svelte or React and implement secure RESTful APIs with PostgreSQL databases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in full-stack development, experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express), and familiarity with Agile Scrum, Jira, and Confluence. Collaborative team environment in Singapore. Confidentiality maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Degree/Diploma in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• Experience with Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack apps using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend frameworks (Svelte/SvelteKit or React).
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and optimize database performance.
• Develop responsive, reusable user interfaces and translate business requirements.
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows for real-time data processing.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, participate in Scrum ceremonies, conduct code reviews, ensure high-quality software delivery.
